Lena Denman

Founder

Lena is both a board member and president of ACHF. She is presently working on her dissertation for a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education Management. Lena has a Master of Arts in International Studies from Texas State University San Marcos, which was completed in 2013. Lena completed her undergraduate studies at California State University East Bay in 2010 receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Political Science. In her free time, Lena is learning Slavic languages.

Angela Lawrenz

Director

Angela received a Master of Science in Mathematics in 1994 from Texas A&M University in College Station. Angela completed her undergraduate studies in 1992 receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Riverside. Angela provides a pragmatic and visionary approach to the board that is priceless. Angela possesses a compassionate spirit, with the ability to see needed tasks and priorities immediately. She enjoys in her free time reading and spending time with her friends.

Elena Kolomiets

Director

Elena studied at the Electro Technical University. She has resided in Russia, Ukraine and in the U.S.A. Elena completed her bachelors in Computer Science at Iowa State University. In the Spring of 2001, Elena started working at the Department of Plant Pathology and Microbiology (PLPM) as a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University (TAMU). Now she is a technical lab coordinator for the PLPM department at Texas A&M University, College Station. She is very happy with work that allows her to demonstrate flexibility and creativity. Elena’s background in agriculture and Ukrainian culture makes her an asset to the Arlene Campbell Humanitarian Foundation.

Oksana Nekrashevych

Director

Oksana received a Specialist degree from National Shevchenko University in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Public Health from Texas A&M University in Health Policy and Management. She has an Applied Statistics certificate and a Human Resources certificate from Texas A&M University. Her work experience includes accounting, higher education administration, and compliance. Her current position is focused primarily on assisting the medical science researchers with grant proposal submissions to NIH, AHA, and other national organizations. Oksana speaks Ukrainian, Russian, German and English. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and table tennis.

Gentry Woodard

Director of Development

Gentry has been researching, writing and managing grants for over 25 years in the public and private sector. Gentry possess a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Texas State University. He has worked in the Texas legislative arena for over 25 years. He is currently the Owner and of The Grant Lab.

Mariia Ivanova

Administrative Assistant

Mariia is a resident of Kyiv, Ukraine who is presently a refugee from the current war imposed on Ukraine by the Russian Federation. She speaks fluent Ukrainian and Russian and also possesses proficiency in English and French. Mariia holds a Bachelors degree as a Specialist of Finances with a concentration in State Finances. She also holds a Masters Degree in the Economics of a Private Company. Both degrees are from the Kiev National University of Trade and Economics.
